On choice of finishing materials

The concept was developed according to the demands of modern customers; finishing elements predominantly feature asceticism and innovations manifesting as clear and straight lines and silhouettes. Warm earthy tones found in natural wood elements add to the monochrome background.

The bathrooms have large format terrazzo tiles and wooden internal doors. Core colours: white, greyish, beige and anthracite.

BEIGE & LUX:
Neutral yet sophisticated. Fair, light background emphasized by high quality finishes – marble, stone patterns.

Black accents.

Criteria for choosing the finish, individually for each apartment:

The main factor in choosing the finish was sun intensity in the apartment.
  • A modern light finish was chosen for the first two storeys.
  • Modern dark finish was chosen for the 3rd and 4th storey, which differs from the light finish in the shades of walls. The dark shade can be noticed in the bathroom, and it was chosen (moderately dark grey) to be different from the first two storeys.
  • 5th, 6th and 7th storey have a beige finish that suits the classical style (1st - 4th modern ascetic). Apartments in these storeys have unique large terraces and consequently elegant, natural shade oak parquet and matte black accessories in the bathroom were selected that fit the exclusivity of these apartments.

Quality standards of Hepsor finishing materials:

The choice of finishing materials was based on the knowledge of Hepsor professionals and innovations in the industry, trends in finishing of residential apartments, taking into account customers’ values and demand. The group of finishing elements consists of the European quality, renowned brands which have authorised representatives, maintenance and guarantee services in Latvia. Each finishing material was chosen for its performance in internal quality assessment through on-site evaluation of materials. Hepsor quality standards are well-established in already sold objects.
