StokOfiss U34 has been designed as a forward-thinking green building using advanced technologies, with environmental impact taken into account throughout the development process.

This new concept commercial building is designed for companies that value long-term returns and a responsible attitude towards nature and human health. A CLASS ENERGY EFFICIENCY
StokOfiss U34 has been awarded the best energy efficiency class A, which confirms that the chosen technological solutions and building design ensure low electricity and heating costs, which are more than 2 times lower than the average for a commercial building in Latvia.
GEOTHERMAL ENERGY
Energy piles can be used in many different ways. They can be used to cool and heat zero-energy buildings, residential buildings and industrial sites, and to de-ice and de-icing bridge decks and road surfaces.
THERMALLY ACTIVATED BUILDING STRUCTURES (TABS)
Thermally Activated Building Structures, or TABS, are an innovative cooling and heating system designed to meet these demanding requirements. TABS uses the high thermal mass of concrete structures as a buffer to the varying cooling or heating loads during the day.
VENTILATION WITH HEAT RECOVERY
More fresh air and oxygen help the brain to function at its best. But that's not all, because in an office environment people are in constant contact with each other and there is a higher risk of illness, better air quality also means fewer infections and less chance of transmitting them.
SOLAR ENERGY
The building has solar panels on the roof, which generate enough green electricity to cover 100% of the car park's lighting needs.
LED LIGHTS
LED lighting reduces electricity consumption by at least 4 times compared to conventional solutions and provides at least 25 times longer lifetime. All common area lights have a motion or dusk sensor.

Breeam Certificate

StokOfiss U34 has obtained the BREEAM certification level VERY GOOD, which reflects our high expectations for the quality of our buildings. The building provides an excellent indoor climate for our tenants, uses innovative and energy-efficient technological solutions and promotes environmentally friendly transport.

EXCELLENT INDOOR CLIMATE
Regardless of whether it's +30 or -30 degrees outside, the Thermally Activated Building Structures (TABS) and the automated ventilation system allow you to maintain a comfortable indoor climate even in extreme weather conditions.
OUTDOOR RECREATION AREA
The building has an outdoor recreation area accessible for all tenants and visitors to relax and unwind during the day. In addition, some premises have an outdoor terrace to make it even easier to enjoy the fresh air and the outdoors.
ELECTRIC CHARGHING STATIONS
For the eco-minded, StokOfiss U34 has installed electric charging stations for cars, bicycles and electric scooters.
WASTE MANAGEMENT
StokOfiss U34's waste management objectives are to promote waste prevention and to recycle as much waste as possible. Tenants have access to waste containers where they can sort: bio-compost, packaging, paper, batteries and general waste.
GREEN ELECTRICITY
All the electricity needed is purchased as green electricity to support Latvia's objectives to continue investing in renewable energy generation. Green electricity is electricity generated from renewable sources such as wind, solar and water. They have a much lower environmental impact than fossil fuels such as coal and gas.
CYCLIST FRIENDLY INFRASTRUCTURE
Promoting environmentally friendly transport starts with providing the infrastructure people need. StokOfissU34 has a covered bicycle/scooter parking area, which is guarded. There is also a changing room with a shower so that cyclists can start the day fresh whatever the conditions.
