StokOfiss U34 has been designed as a forward-thinking green building using advanced technologies, with environmental impact taken into account throughout the development process.
StokOfiss U34 has obtained the BREEAM certification level VERY GOOD, which reflects our high expectations for the quality of our buildings. The building provides an excellent indoor climate for our tenants, uses innovative and energy-efficient technological solutions and promotes environmentally friendly transport.
“StokOfiss U34” is located in the busy part of Riga — next to the intersection of Ulbrokas street and Deglava street, which provides convenient traffic to the center and the nearest districts of Riga.
