Real estate developer Hepsor is going to develop a new business complex project Veidama Quarter at Ganību dambis 17A in Riga. The project has now satisfied the relevant construction design conditions and is fast approaching the next step in the project development – ​​the start of construction.

The new, environmentally friendly, Class A energy efficiency complex will be comprised of several buildings and a landscaped green courtyard with leisure areas. The first phase of development entails the construction of two buildings.

In total, 5,214 square meters will be available for commercial activity in both buildings, with 11 spaces for shops, 10 spaces for offices, and 8 spaces for warehouses.
