Veidama Quarter is growing and developing!

An important stage in the development of the quarter has been completed. Significant infrastructure improvements have been carried out on the site, preparing the area for convenient access and the full utilization of utility networks.

As part of the project, utility connections were installed from the direction of Ganību dambis, and an access road was constructed to ensure convenient and safe entry to the block. At the same time, the existing water supply system was upgraded by disconnecting it from the Ganību dambis side and adapting it to the new infrastructure solutions.

These works represent a significant milestone in the development of the quarter, ensuring that future tenants will have access to reliable, modern utilities and convenient transport connections. The work was completed in early October, paving the way for the project's next stages.

Step by step, the Veidama quarter is transforming into a place where a historic industrial setting merges with new business opportunities, offering a modern and sustainable work environment.
