Property purchase steps:

Reservation

The apartment can be reserved verbally for one week at no extra cost. After that, a written reservation agreement is concluded with the customer, which is valid for three weeks until the conclusion of the preliminary agreement for the purchase of the real estate. To confirm the purchase request, the buyer, by signing the reservation agreement, makes an advance payment of € 1000. We conclude a reservation agreement to secure the specific apartment for the buyer.

Preliminary purchase agreement

If the customer purchases real estate during the construction of the building, a preliminary real estate purchase agreement is concluded, in which all the details of the transaction are agreed. Upon concluding the preliminary purchase agreement, the buyer pays 10% of the purchase amount.

Purchase agreement

After the real estate building is put into operation, a purchase agreement is concluded, where the buyer pays the remaining 90% of the purchase price, if a preliminary purchase agreement was concluded before that, or the full purchase price, if the transaction was made after the building entered service and no preliminary purchase agreement was concluded.

Key handover

After registration of ownership rights in the buyer's name and receipt of the full purchase prices, the keys to the property will be handed over to the customer.
