The complex will be built in accordance with the highest construction standards, using sustainable solutions in order to attain the BREEAM* “Very Good” certification level and obtain a Class “A” energy certificate. Energy-efficient solutions and modern materials will be used in the buildings along with modern solutions to ensure a high-quality indoor climate, which will help businesses to reduce their daily maintenance costs, and guarantee a healthy indoor climate.

The first phase of the complex provides for the installation of 95 parking spaces, several electric car charging points, and bicycle and scooter parking stations, which will promote sustainable mobility and convenience for both employees and customers.
