Veidama Quarter – premises to meet every tenant’s needs
Veidama Quarter will be built according to a concept where the premises can be adapted to meet the needs of each tenant: an office and warehouse building and a retail building.
The quarter will also have a carefully designed and pleasant outdoor space, including a large green area, recreation areas, as well as bicycle and scooter parking. One of the recreation areas is arranged around a noble tree of national importance – a crack willow.
Negotiations regarding some of the premises offered in the business quarter have begun with potential tenants even before construction began, underlining the high market demand for this type of “three in one”, new, modern and sustainability-oriented premises. These proposed solutions enable entrepreneurs to optimise their operations, reducing logistics costs and ensuring lower utility charges. Moreover, during the construction process, businesses have the opportunity to adapt premises to meet their needs to ensure maximum functionality and efficiency for doing business. The availability of this type of commercial premises near the centre of Riga is quite limited, so it is anticipated that the project will prove to be very successful. The construction of the Veidama Quarter is a significant contribution to the development of this part of Riga, facilitating increased commercial activity and the improvement of the urban environment.
The Veidama Quarter project is being developed by Hepsor, and construction is planned to begin in the second half of the year.
